Green Bean Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup (or German equivalent. If using dried mix, use 3x less water than called for)
- 1/2 cup milk or cream
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 4 cups cooked cut green beans
- 1 1/2 cups fried onions (divided)
Directions
- Heat oven to 350F/170C (umluft)
- Combine soup, milk/cream, soysauce, beans, and 2/3s or onions into casserole dish. Season with salt and pepper
- Bake for 25 minutes. Stir. Sprinkle remaining onions.
- Bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until thoroughly appetizing.
